Sherry loved my Cocker Spaniel and always kept him looking like a million dollars. We had to move back to Tulsa and it took a long time to find a groomer here even close to Sherry's care and professionalism.
Poor customer service.. called my dogs demons several times for being nervous around the equipment even though they are babies and then charged me almost double because they were "from hell". They were not aggressive, they were frightened and tried to jump out of the bath. They had never been to the groomer before. At home if I talk to them and take my time they stay calm even though they don't like it. They are mostly nervous when you express your frustration to them. Sherry and her husband are wonderful!!! Very professional and friendly!! Sherry and her staff is the best in NWA. I don't know why anyone would give them a bad review. I have took my Bella there for over a year. Bella loves going there so happy to see Sherry. I will not take my dog anywhere else. Thanks for always going a fantastic job. ��
