WOW! My dog left today looking like a SHOW DOG! He is a Cavalier King Charles mixed with the Cocker Spaniel (cockalier) and they give him a perfect Cavalier look (as requested). Today was his second visit there and we were just as impressed as the first time we dropped him off. Ask anyone in the Evanston/Rogers Park/ Edgewater area and they will highly recommend Galdy. When at Galdys, my dog feels so comfortable and at home. He is always in a great mood when we pick him up. Galdy's is our groomer for life!

I'm absolutely furious at the treatment my cats received at Grooming by Galdy today. Locking my cats in a room with barking dogs and a running vacuum cleaner was absolute torture for my cats. They came home absolutely terrified and are currently hiding in the closet and under the bed. The groomer was verbally abusive to my fiance and got aggressive regarding the tail of our Manx. Manx cats are born without a tail. It is a characteristic of her breed. No one cut her tail off. We won't be using your services in the future. Let... read more
