What an absolute disappointment! I took time from work...loaded my pups and showed up 30min early to my 9am appointment to be told that there was no groomer arriving until 10am. The appointment was confirmed by me getting both a text and an email from Grooming By Galdy. I even took the time to call yesterday to see if i would need to drop my dogs or wait for the nails to be done. I was told it was quick and to wait. Would have been a long wait considering it was going to be an hour and a half before anyone even showed to do ... read more
Galdy is the best!!! I've been going to him for years and really appreciate how good he is to my dogs.
