We love bringing our dorkier to Charlene! Everyone has been beyond nice and have given us so many good tips! We highly recommend bringing your dog to the them! They are awesome to work with and our dog always comes back looking great!

took my dog to get her nails clipped they snatched her out of my hand drug her in the back took 2 fat ladys to sit on my dog to cut her nailsi have had it done at other places they never had any prolem i will NEVER go back to this place

She took the leash from you trying to prevent a dog fight with the other dog that was there. All dogs are reluctant at first. The dog was very bad for the nails. So we lay them on their sides so they don't hurt themselves struggling. Plus we grind we don't just cut them. I would worry more about the cigarette smoke she breaths in than how we held your dog. One less dog to struggle with.
I have been taking my dogs there for a long time and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They are always treated with kindness!!!

Charlene and all of the staff members care about the pets/customers and are very knowledgeable and helpful. This longstanding, professional and exceptional business gets a 5 star rating in my opinion. And the dogs always come out looking fresh and beautiful !!!

I have taken my dogs to Charlene since I was a kid and that's been quite awhile. Char is very knowledgable and has a great reputation with veterinarians. My fur babies like going there. They always look and smell wonderful afterwards. I wouldn't take my fur kids anywhere else.
Always happy with their work. They are pretty fabulous in my opinion ;)
