Grooming by Amanda keeps my dog Tay looking good – and has for over 6 years. They care about each dog and have consistently good customer service. I highly recommend Grooming by Amanda, and from all signs, Tay does too. He happily walks in, glad to see Amanda and Michelle!
Have been going there for a long time putting up with the rudeness. I forgot my appointment due to illness . They never called and when I called to reschedule,I was shocked at how ugly they were. Germantown needs a good groomer that is professional and does a good job
I called Grooming By Amanda because I couldn't remember my dog's appointment time. I was told that "I needed to write my appointment time down in the future". That is correct but a customer shouldn't be told that. I was very disappointment in the response that I got because I thought they did a great job but never want to be a inconvenience.

We always ask you to make note of your appointment since we are not able to search for appointments by name. Customers are never an inconvenience.
