Very condescending and arrogant attitude by her and especially her receptionist
These pictures are of our rescue who was torn up with scratches when we left the place. The owners or employees did not say a word about these injuries. We have tried to give them a second chance after this, but they proved to be a horrible service. We took our other rescue to them today with an appointment. No employee EVER asked us for her recent shot records before the appointment which we would have happily given. RecommendedWe love Amanda and she does a wonderful job! Yesterday my 11 month old puppy cried the entire way to get her haircut. We walked in the door and I handed Lucie over to Amanda and Lucie gave Amanda kisses. It’s so nice to know my dogs are safe while being groomed by Amanda! ❤️ 🐶
I have been taking my shiz zu’s here for years and am always extremely happy. Amanda is very sweet and my dogs are always well cared for. Highly recommend!
The arrogance of the owner Amanda is unbelievable. For a small business owner, she has a lot to learn about customer service. Her phone etiquette and people skills are horrible. She needs to stay in her little room and just relate to dogs. As a small business owner myself, it's shocking to see a fellow entrepreneur so out of touch with the nuances of business communication. Amanda has been grooming my Shih Tzu since she was a pup. I’ve been completely satisfied with Amanda and her staff. They love my dog and she loves them!
Amanda has been grooming our dog “Smokey “ for couple years. He was abused by so many other groomers. She does a fantastic job with him.
Amanda is the best groomer we have ever used— with lower prices than most groomers in the area!! We tried several groomers in the Collierville/ Germantown area before finding Grooming by Amanda! I have 2 yorkies and they always look outstanding!
