Don't come here if you need a little help. They only help you if you buy a machine with them. They couldn't even help me with showing me how to insert hoop . They were nice. I will not purchase my machines here.
If you're in the market for a machine, you NEED to buy one from Grome's! You won't find much help at Joann's or from Amazon when you're machine is acting funny or if it brakes. Their help is priceless, and they're awesome and so helpful!!!
The owner of this store is very kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable about what sewing machine would best suit our needs and was super friendly. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience here! Definitely recommend going here for all your sewing needs!
