I am totally astounded by the experience I have had with this company. I bought a kitchen faucet from them > 5 years ago ( the product name is Crowe). Twice the spigot has become dysfunctional (Stays in sprayer mode and can’t switch back to regular mode). I called the company and they immediately sent me a new faucet, no questions asked. They are a quality company with quality product and quality service.
