I just wanted to thank everyone at Grogan’s. I have been a customer there since I moved to Alabama over 20 years ago and I would never go anywhere else. I always receive excellent service whether I am there looking for a new unique piece of jewelry, getting something cleaned or repaired, or even just browsing. I recently had my original engagement ring reset into a new everyday setting. It turned out absolutely gorgeous and when I saw it I cried, as well as the staff. They are all truly family to me.
My husband and I purchased a Lovebright bridal set at the Bridgestreet store as an "upgrade" for my set and I am in LOVE with it. Everyone was so helpful, and the associate who helped us, MaryAnn, was fantastic. I would recommend Grogan's to everybody. It was nice to go into a shop where we were treated so kindly, and not pressured into making a purchase. I wouldn't buy jewlery from anywhere else! Tammie helped my fiancé find the most beautiful diamond for my engagement ring and made the process easy from the very beginning! I have been a loyal customer with Lon for 8 years now. I bought my wifes engagement and wedding rings there along with many other beatiful diamond jewelry. Jeron was my sales rep and he is an outstanding professional and his customer service is over the top. Any time we had an question or a problem Lon and Jeron would assist us and resolve everything in a timely matter.
