Unprofessional... stay away! For example the house was not cleaned before we moved in, the bathroom floor looked like it was about to cave in, and they took almost our entire security deposit because a water pipe burst in a creaky 100 year old house (with no damage since it was in the basement). We got screamed at over the phone when attempting to reason with them over the security deposit. Ended up with 1/8 of what we put down. They prey on college kids looking for rentals- find another house.
Groff has been my landlord for almost 10 years... I rent a beautiful 5 bedroom home at a very fair amount of rent... Anytime something needs fixing I just call Andrew and he has someone her right away... . Good landlords are hard to find...I am 1000% happy with mine...
