Very poor communication skills, no explanation of what is being done.
Dr. Grob is not only a dedicated professional and and excellent Dr., he's also an individual who really cares about his patients... My 2 young daughters will only go to Dr. Grob for all of their dental needs..
Apts are easy to make and staff are always very helpful and courteous.
After several bad experiences with local area dentists, and looking for a second opinion on a specific issue, I don't have to look any further. Dr Grob explained to me that I didn't need things that I was told I did by other dentists and backed it up by presenting my X-rays and thoroughly explaining them to me. Everyone in that office was top level professional and my last cleaning was absolutely painless, not one tear down the cheek and that's the first time in 43 years I can say that!
I had a better experience than I had hoped for visiting a dentist thanks to Dr. Grob's kind manner and care. I went in for a crown which took two visits, one for the fitting, the second for making it permanent and it was as smooth as it could be. The staff was great too.
Dr. Grob saved me from a root canal. I received a prognosis for a root canal on a broken tooth from another dentist so I reached out to Dr. Grob for a second opinion. After reviewing the x-rays, Dr. Grob could see no reason why I would need a root canal. The subsequent crown that I did need was an easy process and it came out great. I highly recommend Dr. Grob for his attention to detail and gentle care.
