Went there to review files. Nice customer service. Friendly people and nice service.
Absolutely horrible company with outrageous hidden destruction fees. Just received an $80,000+ proposal to destroy documents that have been in storage with GRM for 20 years. No willingness to negotiate, no offer of payment terms. I've NEVER encountered a more unreasonable vendor.
