Forrest and Sandy were wonderful to work with. I had arranged this service for someone. We were able to work out the financials which can be challenging. What a happy day that this family has cool air again.
Forrest is one of a kind! They have been servicing my almost 20 year old AC for a couple years. It finally kicked the bucket. New AC installed from start to finish, inside it and out…done flawlessly. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Forrest's honesty and integrity. He showed up right when he said he would, and looked over our AC system, which is 16 years old. Where other companies would try to tell me it is shot and I need to replace it, Forrest ran all the tests which were within manufacturer specs except the fan motor which is over amping but he said it's not running hot and recommended replacing it but it is not dire. A couple of other small things were wrong but nothing warranted immediate repair/replaceme... read more
