RecommendedBeing the only place in town they could probably provide a minimum level of service and quality, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food and service were both top notch!

I just had the best hamburger!
the food is great at grizzly bar. HOWEVER, we drove from Joliet on a Sunday late afternoon with my parents and family who were visiting so we had to take two cars for the 7 of us. We got there about 1730 and it was empty with the exception of an older couple at one table. The hostess came out of the back after a brief wait and asked how many and I told her and she asked what reservation we had and we said we didn't have any and she said we wouldn't be able to eat there that night. We visited the Grizzly Bar this past weekend after Christmas tree hunting, like we do every year. We always have a big group and the Grizzly has always been great. This time, it was WONDERFUL! Our waitress gave us the best service we have EVER received. She got everyone’s order correct, was patient, and truly did her job at her best. Everyone’s meal came out together, hot, and so yummy. Thank you to our waitress, you deserve a raise this Christmas!! Also, thank you to the chef, nothing beats a grizzly burger.
