I am utterly shocked at Gritmans bed side manner when it comes to patients. The people at the front desk are rude and condescending and the triage person was worse, I can't comment on the doctors and nurses in back because I didn't make it that far before I left and went to pullman hospital. I know you are going to send a little message telling me to call you about it, but if you were really concerned about your patients experience with your staff, you would make it a priority to call them and find out what happened, instead... read more
I went to visit a friend here and upon walking in the front door, I was greeted by friendly, smiling 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 staff. She was very helpful and sent us on our way....Her directions were perfect. When we arrived at our friend's room, her door was closed, so we went to the nurses station and they told us what was happening and it would be just a few minutes. Further update: They double charged my wife for some lab work, and Gritman Billing claims "our current system doesn't have a way to do refunds, so it'll just count towards your next bill when you need to come in." I have no idea how they have not been sued into oblivion at this point, other than that they have big pockets for big lawyers. Literally go to ANY other medical facility than this.
