Further update: They double charged my wife for some lab work, and Gritman Billing claims "our current system doesn't have a way to do refunds, so it'll just count towards your next bill when you need to come in." I have no idea how they have not been sued into oblivion at this point, other than that they have big pockets for big lawyers. Literally go to ANY other medical facility than this. Had a concussion from head and neck trauma and they told me they couldn’t give me advice when I had very obvious signs of concussion.

I visited in February after severely hyperextending my right knee. I was in excruciating pain and had to be brought in by wheelchair. Despite this, I was simply told to go home, ice my knee, and take ibuprofen. I wasn’t even provided a knee brace at that visit which was confusing, given I couldn’t walk without assistance.
