I have been a member of numerous gyms for over 30 years and GRIT is by far in a league of it’s own. They are always looking for new ways to be innovative in their programming. They are also very family friendly in which they encourage you to bring your kids once a month to Family Fun Day workouts. GRIT Miami is my home away from home and they are like an extended part of my family.
I've been to multiple gyms and I am VERY IMPRESSED with Grit Miami! The awesome energy and knowledge from the trainers and coaches are what makes this place special. A lot of sweat and hard work is put into this gym every day and not just from the members! Staff & owners have completely remodeled the space so ALL THE EQUIPMENT IS NEW and more importantly, its all kept very clean. Theres even a section for the kiddos so no excuses!
