Jessica Fugate was so pleasant to work with. She explained our policy thoroughly and was diligent getting us the best quote for our new homeowners' policy.
I was in an accident, and have had problems getting anything done about it. But after talking with Serena, and the work she put in. we finally have the ball rolling on a resolution. Her level of professionalism, and customer care is something way beyond what I’m used to seeing. I don’t know how much you’re paying her. But she needs a raise!
