We bought a GRIT house in 2022 and have been extremely happy with the house and how helpful Blake and the rest of the team has been. They've gone above and beyond in providing assistance whenever it's been necessary. It's been great to see how strongly they stand behind their work.
Great company to build your dream house
Bought a GRIT construction home in 2020 and have been very happy with the product! High end design and finishes. Any time I have had any issue (even well after home warranty expired) GRIT has stood by their project and kindly offered me prompt service, advice and referrals. Would 100% buy a GRIT home again. Update July 2025. GRIT construction, specifically Blake, continues to exceed expectations. Always responsive and reliable for help, even well outside of warranty. 10/10
I contracted GRIT over one year ago with completed soil testing and permits ready to go for a multi unit building. The COO Jerry Ulrich requested additional site testing and soil testing and through him it was suggested that the soil, despite Harmon Deutch Architect's testing and design, would require shoring with the foundation. This resulted in a redraw and repermitting process along with the loss of square footage along one side of the building.
