I really appreciated my "entrance" interview with Teena, because she matched me with the perfect person who helped me in recovering from surgery not just in terms of household help, at which she excelled, but also in terms of, along with me, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that had to have been healing. If I ever need help again, and I probably will, I'm returning here.
Staff was helpful, efficient, and especially compassionate.
My family had a wonderful experience with Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County. They were sensitive to our needs and very understanding, even when last minute changes were needed. I was concerned about bringing an unknown caregiver into the home of my ill mother. From the outset, Janet gave me a sense of comfort and peace. She came in and without making a fuss, she started caring for my mother in small ways and then bigger ways.
