Home care was not what had expected. I didn't know their job and it appeared they didn't either.
I have absolutely loved working with Ms. Tamika at Griswald Home Care. She has been excellent with communication, keeping me informed, finding solutions, and she always has such a positive attitude. It is truly a joy working with her on finding the best home health services for my father. Any questions that I have she is happy to answer, any changes that we require she works hard to find a solution, and she is always extremely empathetic. Ms. Tamika has excellent customer service!
