We are so grateful for Griswold! When my father started rapidly declining because of dementia, we started their services part-time. After he had a heart attack and needed round-the-clock care, they were able to accommodate that need within 24 hours. They also care for my mother who has several physical and mental health issues. Each of the caregivers has been well-trained, supportive, loving, nurturing, flexible and attentive. They keep detailed records and inform us of any concerns. We moved our mother out of a residential care facility when her dementia and physical needs began to surpass the care we could get at the facility. Feeling that mom was at the point where she needed one-on-one care (and surrounded by family), we chose to go with Griswold on the recommendation of several of the staff of the care facility. Griswold Home Care has been a godsend. My mother looks forward to her time with her companion, Becky, who is warm, polite and professional. Anytime there's a question or concern--usually a request for some extra service--Griswold answers on the first ring and has the problem solved the same day.
