We used Griswold Care for my mom with Parkinson’s after surgery. They met with us to understand her needs and medication regimen and had a wonderful person lined up to be at home with her for care and daily needs during recovery. She loved her caregiver and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable and get through a tough period. I would highly recommend Griswold and will use them again and again. Thank you!
We have had some excellent caregivers and some terrible caregivers through this agency. Unfortunately, since this business was sold to Melissa and Brent Pessis and moved from Libertyville to Highland Park in 2025, the business has changed from one of caregiving to one of greed and profit. For example, after a recent pay increase, the caregivers are now paid $22.62/hour. Have had a caregiver for the entire month of January and she has been superb. Attentive and caring and willing to do what's asked of her. Plus a very pleasant demeanor.
