Jennifer and Amanda were amazing as we navigated my parents through a really tough time. We needed morning and evening care for my parents daily. Jennifer does an excellent job and finding caring, loving, responsible caregivers. My sisters and I were very grateful for their attention to detail and compassionate care for our parents. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for in home help for their elderly parents.
For an out-patient surgery I needed a trustworthy ride. I have experience with other similar agencies - some good, some NOT. Very pleased with Griswold, it's owner Jennifer, and my caregiver Martha. From the initial contact, to the post-op follow-up, the entire process couldn't have been easier or more professional.
