Dr. G is wonderful. I have gone to chiropractors for a while now and he is the only one that could get a spot nobody else could. I feel that he takes his time with every patient giving each one the attention they deserve. It is a welcomed change. I highly recommend him. His front desk staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile. The office is clean and easy to get around. It is a good location and easily accessible.
I am extremely pleased with Dr James Gaudreau and his office staff. They are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their various duties. Dr Gaudreau has worked on my neck 3 times already and I am feeling almost no pain and can now turn my head. I would highly recommend this practice.
He is friendly, caring and overall concerned with your well being. He has a strong sense of family, and once been in to see him a couple of times you become family. He knows you by name and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming too.
My back and neck completely hault my daily life from time to time. When it happens, I go to Dr. Gaudreau, and he literally straightens me out!!
Great people and a perfect outcome. I twisted my ankle while climbing down Mt. Monadnock. A seemly small injury that would resolve itself with time. After a few days of no change, I contacted Dr James Gaudreau office. One visit and my ankle was back in business. I was very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Absolutely the best chiropractic place i have gone to! i’ve been going for the last three months! The staff is really great!
Great friendly and courteous office. Had been going for back ache on and off. Thought once I was feeling good, stopped treatment. Worse mistake, going once a week for adjustments and feeling great. Even treated a bone spur in my heel.
