They didn't tighten the oil drain plug on my mothers car when she had it in for an oil service. When the vehicle was taken back in to bring there attention to the mistake (which shouldn't have happen in the first place) all she received was an apology. I think that she should have been offered at least a free oil change on her next visit, doesn't really matter because the vehicle will not be serviced by them again. This is why that have such a poor reputation with there service department.
