I had all 4 tires replaced today. Mark and everyone were very nice to us.
I got tires done all four and the workers at the desk were quite helpful and friendly my dad went through Grismer and now i am i would definitely recommend grismer to my family and friends and friends of friends

The staff at this Grismer did such a wonderful job at helping me make sure my car was ok after hitting a large object on the highway. They got me right in quickly and worked efficiently to make sure I drove home to Centerville safety!
NEVER take your car to Grismer. I repeat NEVER. Took it in for a routine oil change- car was running fine. When my husband went to go pick it up, suddenly the car was no longer running and the engine was blown. We have not had ANY issues with it. At all. And mysteriously while it was in the care of Grismer, the car dies and they want $5,500 to fix it. The sequence of events is super suspicious as well. I would never, ever take my car there. I just had a simple oil change here. The people were nice and there was a waiting room I could go to. However, after the oil change one of the mechanics mentioned that the fluids in my car needed to be changed and that it would cost about $150! The issue I have with that is that he didn't specify what fluids. I double checked with my brother, who is also a mechanic, and he sounded surprised by that amount. So, well I didn't get it changed there, I went to Sears and got it for cheaper. I'm not sure but I have a feeling they s... read more
