RecommendedI have been to this shop twice, it’s service is good and the prices are fair. I would recommend Grismer Tire & Auto Service in Troy for their customer service.
I was able to get a new battery installed the same day I called. They said they had no available times but they got me in anyways. They installed a new battery that I had bought, and they did it within an hour. They were very quick and kind. I really appreciated their service.

Horrible service and horrible Fusion tires as their house brand. Bought 4 and had 2 blow out on the highway at different times. The last one blew and the sidewalls basically disentigtated. Took the tire back to this store in Troy and since it was under warranty, they tried to sell me another Fusion and they blamed me for the total distruction of the tire. Paid to have my car towed there to have a service done and talked too 2 people on the phone told me no problem we can take care of you. they keep it for a day and them to be told they could not do it. now my cars still not running had to pay another guy to tow it now I'm out $200 and still no car for a service that was told that could be done!! Will not go back nor do I recommend them. On top of that my cars sitting outside and tell.me why my moonroof is open when it was closed when I dropped it off!!!
These people are a joke, they never honor their warranty on tires and then they lie and try and get you to spend a ton of money of something that isn’t even broken. Then when you call them on their bull they act like they’ve done nothing wrong!!!! Biggest jokers, I will never recommend them to any one!!!!
This place is a fucking joke had to have them come fix it cause our tire bout fell off and all they say is sorry and give u a free oil change bullshit we could have got hurt so fuck this place
