I brought my Mercedes in a few weeks ago for a battery change and a general tune up, and had to bring it back yesterday due to electrical issues. Turns out, they didn't tighten one of my battery cables, so it was loose. They didn't charge me this time...cool. I get home, and notice on the upper right hand corner of the drivers side window, there is a patch of deep, inch long gashes. I call, they tell me to bring it in, so I bring back 90 mins or so later.
