My mom came in for an oil change, and when we dropped off the car, our Bluetooth aux that was also a speaker was in there. We know for a fact it was because we were using it to play music before we dropped it off. My mom went back to pick it up and she said it was missing. I took my vehicle in to be looked at for brake issues on Friday. The manager CC (Chris Christian) said it was probably just needing to have brakes bled better, and would only charge me the drive diagnostic test of $57. I was going to pay them for the work (expecting no more than $300 total). This morning he called and said that the caliper was put on the wrong side, that I needed a new one and they'd switch it to the correct side. Dropped my car off today at 9 am, was told last night when I called if I could drop it off in the morning, they could possible have it done by the end of the day. So I did just that. I called them at 430 since they close at six and I haven’t heard anything, only to be told they hadn’t even looked at my car yet, and wanted to keep it another day. My mamaw always loved going there so i started going not only did i get new tires in 2015 but today my alternator and serpentine belt needed replaced not only are the clean respectful and reasonable my husband and highly recommend the one in west Carrollton!
Service people are very accommodating.

Starting taking my van to Grismer in West Carrollton over a year ago when I needed new tires. Today I went there after my breaks failed & thanks to Nick & Joe received the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Friendly, personable, courteous & outstanding price & quality!! They even stayed late to get the job done TODAY as promised!! Very grateful to have such a reliable business close to home!!
