After my father died last year, it was the first time in my life that I had to handle "car stuff." I didn't have a clue and got totally ripped off on a set of tires by a competitor down the street. I was due for an oil change and on a whim, I stopped at this Grismer on the way home from work. I think Dad was taking care of me because Carlos and the guys have really taken me under their wing and helped me take care of my car. My family and I have used the Englewood Grismer Tire for 15 years and we recommended it until now. We have FIVE personal vehicles and one business van plus a trailer, we will NEVER use Grismer again. I had the worst customer experience in my life and was treated abusively by the manager. I was in tears. When we went to pick the car up he stared me down outside as though I was a problem for him and he was threatening. What happened to this location? ZERO Stars!!!!
