Good luck reaching anyone and when you do do not expect to be talked to like a person as they feel you are beneath them because you owe them money. I'm trying to them and can't reach anyone to do it so i guess I'll just keep on owing them

Of course nothing will be done. They are a debt collector and clearly do not know ones situation. Do not talk to Melanie. She is unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. I hope u learn people skills and phone skills. Also when calling someone you should let people know u are and not just a name. Its unprofessional and rude. The attorneys need to get a grip on there staff. I will write a letter to state legislators on how you operate your office.
