received my security gate, broken and missing pieces and instructions. called and now have to wait 10 days for replacements.
The series 301 doors are sturdy and secure. However the clips which are supposed to hold the glass and/or screen panels in place continually break because they are cast of cheap material. I'm tired of replacing the clips over and over again.
