dr russ is an amazing chiropractor and has helped my spine and neck problems for yrs. he also gives advice on exercises to help with your problem areas. I do wish that the office had private adjustment rooms. Sometimes when the other dr is seeing patients the exam area is loud and makes it difficult to relax which is essential for healing
