We frequently visit the flagship store. However, we are transplants from the east coast. That being said, I purchased my father a Nissan Titan a few months ago, and was (more than) pleasantly surprised when I delivered it to him in Ohio, that Advance Auto Parts carries Griot's! So I bought him plenty of product. Now, we are in Florida with my girls parents, and guess what? Picked up more Griot's product for them. Love it.

Every staff member I've met has been willing and able to answer any question and to share their opinions on what would work best for my situation. I took advantage of a quick car care school demonstration to make sure I was doing things the right way. I was a little hesitant to transition to machine polishing and waxing, but I'm so glad I made the switch. I'm impressed by their products. Easy to use, smells amazing. Leather cleaner works wonders, doesn't create an oily/over shine to leather but gave my black leather a darker tone & cleaner.
