This company has NO customer service. They send me a bill but don't break the bill down explaining what the charge is for...I call customer NO service and they state an itemized bill cannot be sent. Why do they expect me to trust them and pay whatever is on the bill without an explanation? Really???...just send a bill with no explanation and expect me to pay. When I said I needed an itemized bill in order to remit, she said "fine, we will be happy to turn it over to collections".
Grinnell Mutual wants to actually help you as little as possible. If they don't have all of the information from you, they don't tell you. They wait until you figure it out and two months later you check in to figure out why things haven't been handled. Then they say that they are still waiting on information that they need from you. When you call to ask where they are in the process, they claim they don't have certain things, then they look and say "oh yeah, it is here."
I am very happy to get this on the web. Some lady from this insurance company has been harassing my chiropractors and me to the point I will need to get an attorney. I got rearended by a vehicle at a stop sign not my fault. The best chiropractic company in ******* is very sick of them. threatening and saying they will not tell them what treatments are covered and what arent. They even decided that they would try to tell me that my health insurance should cover most of it which is illegal. Now this insurance company was mine ... read more
