RecommendedWe packed up our family from Clinton, Iowa to head to see our friends and family in Kansas City, Missouri. In Malcom, Iowa hours from home on highway 80 at 4:45pm on a Friday our tire blew. Triple A didn’t respond and the spare tire in our Tahoe wouldn’t release from the secondary latch. Had a tire blow out on I-80, put on the donut spare and limped into Grinnell. Pulled into Grinnell Firestone right at 5 PM as they were closing. Mike didn’t have the right size tire but called a nearby distributor that had it and sent his guy to go get it. Had me back on the road within one hour. Even put the donut back under the car. Stayed an hour past closing to help us out. Awesome service!! Highly recommend!! 5 Star!! Thanks Mike!!

Gave me a quote to fix my car for an hour and a half labor plus the parts. Got done with my car in an hour and still charged me for an hour and a half of labor. Told me all mechanics work that way but this the first time I’ve ever experienced this. Did an hour of labor but still got charged me for an hour and a half of labor. I will never give them my business again.
I was on my way home to Ohio from Nebraska. I had a blowout on 80 and had to call for roadside assistance. I knew the little donut wouldn’t get me home, so I started calling tire places to see if they could replace my tire. Luckily, I got Grinnell Firestone. The were kind enough to take care of me right away and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out when I was far from home!
