Had our oil changed and when paying told we would need a new battery immediately. It would be expensive as a newer car. Just had oil changed elsewhere and battery is 100%. The other place checked and rechecked the battery. We won’t be back!

A BIG O Shout to this team! On May 8th, my mom and I had blow out on the interstate! We were heading to Chicago from Desoines. We were 3 hours behind and had to be there by 6. They had a tech wait over their lunch to get us back in the road. 4 new tires and we made it! Will drive my other vehicle up for new tires!
Had my oil changed here and a couple days later I noticed a drip under my truck which I thought to be coolant . I called and spoke with them about it , scheduled a time to bring it back . These guys took time out of their day to check it for me free of charge . That is rare in the auto industry !! All I can say is great service nice people and I will be going back ... I recommend if you’re in the area and need your car looked at to stop in and see the folks at Grinnell Firestone!!
