Not a good place to live. Rules are NOT enforced. A lot of theft goes on. Things have been stolen right out of my carport. Doublewide on Lu has house sitters living in it. Many many people living there. They do not pay rent. They live here for free. No background checks. The owner has not been here for couple of years. Do not feel safe. Did not know house sitting was allowed. Looking for somewhere to move.
