Friday I test drove a 2013 Silverado, I talked to Bingo. Well he said he had a great deal for me 26995, then I showed him where the truck was listed online for 22995, and he still brought back a price of 24995. This was supposed to be their big flyer sale we had one for 10000 dollars didn't know that was to tack on to the list price. With the flyer the price should have been 22995 - the 10000 plus the other incentives should have brought the price down to 6000 dollars with my trade-in. paid 7 grand to have disel truck fixed with warranty they called me three weeks later said I needed a new bottom end for an additional 12 grand Wich I couldn't afford said they would do best they could cleaning sludge out but when I picked it up oil pressure dropped out constantly check engine lights on supposed to have a warranty but when I call they say it's my fault that I didn't buy a new lower end Wich another mechanic said I didn't said they didn't clean it out like they were supposed to truck only has 90 thousand mile... read more

I brought in my 2010 F-150 because my truck wouldn't hold coolant for the A/C unit. When I brought it in to the service dept. I told them to look at it and to give me a call before they fixed anything. So about 45 mins to an hour later I received a call that they had to drain existing coolant and put in another can of coolant. I go back to pick up my truck and my bill is for 264.00 and 218.00 of that is for an hours worth of labor. After calling it to their attention they finally gave me a 100.00 credit back. Other then the fact I got lied to about getting free oil changes by 2 different people and now they cant find it in their computers I thought they we're amazing to work with now I will not buy another car from them and it makes me wonder what else they lied about!!

I worked with JC and the sales manager of Grindstaff Ford and actually built a truck for my parents over the phone from New York. They were more than helpful and beat all other prices from surrounding Ford dealerships! Awesome dealership!
