To the reviewer Bob about the guitar, It is very important to go to these previews. This company gives every opportunity to view items before, very reputable company. I have always had a good experience.

To the reviewer, Bob, who posted a review today about a recent auction where you were the winning bidder on a guitar and now your displeased with the the fact that it’s smaller than you anticipated it would be: First, your complaining and requesting a refund even though the item was described correctly and without any size specification whatsoever. I would be very careful bidding here. They listed an acoustic guitar with case, and I won. When I got home it was a 3/4 size guitar not full size. Pictures looked like a full size. Nothing in the auction stated it was a 3/4 guitar. If I had known, it was 3/4 I would not have bid. The woman I talked with at the company stated I should have been at the preview. No luck getting a refund because it was not listed as 3/4. No more bidding from me. Be careful.

Purchased a dune buggy from one of there auctions and description stated that it would run but not stay running. After getting home it was discovered that there was no way that it would run in the condition it was in. Overall dissatisfied with misrepresentation of the the item .
