I joined GrindHaus Gym three weeks ago. I’ve been going five days a week to another local boot camp type gym for 8 years. But I wasn’t getting the results I was hoping for. I began my journey at Grindhaus in March of 2026. I lost my precious 91 year-old mother in January. After a week of fighting for her life in the hospital, The Lord called her home on my birthday. I grieved (still am) but I was left in a weakened state after caring for her and loving her in her time of need for the past few years. I highly recommend this place for your kids! I see so much organized workout activities and definitely see a passion they all have as trainers to reach a healthier goal for these kids.

We have had an amazing experience with Grindhaus. My son genuinely looks forward to every session and is always excited to go. The coaches have done an amazing job building positive relationships with the kids, creating a supportive and encouraging environment! They take the time to encourage my son and help him work through challenges, and build his confidence both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!
