They did a very professional job on the big maple that needed to come down. They cleaned up very well. Hired them again to remove some shrubs and again a very good job.
Definitely would not use them again! The stump was not cut down when the tree was cut down, and no one told me, until I called, a week later. I was told that some time in the month they would come over and do that. I told them I was going to plant grass where the tree was and would like to get that taken care of fairly soon. Customer Service lady was belligerent. Did not hear from them for almost a month and grass had grown that I planted and had a cable on the ground from century link, by that time. Aubrey, Sorry you feel this way about our company. I had mentioned to both you and your neighbor that we only do stumps once or twice a month. Your job was completed right after we had already done stumps so I had communicated that yours would be done at the end of the month which it was completed on May 30th. We call 811 to insure all lines are marked properly and that cable was not marked. We did come out the next day after your removal and left you a bid to trim the other tree as requested.
