Things happen. It doesn't matter what your business does, at some time or another a ball will, inevitably, get dropped. When this happens, customer service is what sets a business apart from the rest. The Grind wasted no time whatsoever in fixing the first issue I've experienced with them in the probably 2 years or so that I've been buying coffee there. They were swift to apologize and correct an error, and will certainly be keeping my business for a very long time to come. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely love the environment & fantastic & friendly staff. Everything is reasonably priced & the coffee is amazing! Had a dirty chai latte last time I went & it was excellent :)
