Food is great, but their staff hardly ever answers the phone for takeout orders and the availability of the Zheng Burger has been sporadic. I used to order regularly, but now no one ever answers...when I swing by they have plenty of staff standing around and ignoring the phone...I keep trying occasionally, but the lack of anyone answering the phone has me ready to give up. I think a little staff training is in order.
Tables are sticky
Got sat at a table to just put my order in with a QR code. No one served our table. Every time our party needed something, we had to go up to the bar and ask for it. I will give them 3 stars for the food, as my salad was fairly decent. Overall, it was a very odd experience. I suggest not going here if you’re not okay with the idea of not being served and being required to pay and tip before even getting your appetizer.
Peak season 6pm and CLOSED!
