If you are looking for a thorough exam, Dr Berwald is the one for you. She makes sure all concerns are addressed thoroughly and skillfully. She doesn't rush you in and out the door and truly cares for the well being of her patients. With her direction I was referred to Dr Wong for lens refractive surgery. He was amazing, skillful and professional. The procedure was a breeze and I love my new eyes! I highly recommend Dr Wong for this! You to will enjoy your eyesight!!!
As I write this, my daughter and husband have been waiting over an hour in a room to see Dr. Berwald. I wish this was the first time, but this is the norm for seeing Dr. Berwald. Don't schedule so many patients if you cannot see them in a timely manner. You ask us to be on time for appointments, yet you are continually late in seeing patients. It is disrespectful of our time. This is the last time we will go to this clinic.
