I've had nothing but an outstanding customer experience with GrimmSpeed. A couple years back I ordered a gasket for my '12 Mazdaspeed3 that wound up not being the proper size (my fault), but they were happy to assist me with a return. So earlier this year when the time came to go BT and I was in the market for a EBCS, I knew just where to turn. I've been using their 3 Port EBCS with my BNR S4 setup since May and it works flawlessly! I couldn't be happier with the quality of their products and their service.
Those guys are rock! The AOS I bought for my STI is in top notch craftsmanship. I lost the cap during the installation so I contacted Grimmspeed to see if they can sell me one. Guess what? They sent me one for free. I love the way Grimmspeed cares about their customer and stand on top of their customer service. I recommend Grimmspeed to everyone who wants owns a Subaru.
absolutly awesome staff and very professional grade equipment. very impressed with the tech savy instruction guides the qr code thing is an awesome new way to do things. and definitly cant wait to see what else these guys put out.
