I called the day before to make sure I could bring my car in the next day for a simple oil change. They confirmed that would be fine. I dropped it off the next morning at 9:30, checked in, and gave them the entire day to finish the job. At 4:30, I called up to check the status and they acted like they had no idea who I was. Honest mechanics are not found very often, and the staff at Grimes Tire & Auto are top notch! Thank you for the outstanding customer service during my recent service appointment. Kevin went above and beyond to take care of the issues and get me back on the road. I was contacted numerous times before any repairs were done. Beware...they will take advantage of young college girls who need an oil change and headlight replaced and turn it into $300+ bill.
I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and received a complementary vehicle inspection on my phone while I was waiting. They had me in and out within in an hour with my appointment. Everyone at this location is great, keep it up!
My husband took his car here as directed by BFGoodrich Corp. They were suppose to inspect his tires, call BFGoodrich, and replace the tires under a warranty claim. This was instructed to Grimes Tire and Auto by BFGoodrich in advance. Instead, they performed unauthorized work on the tires, never called BFGoodrich and charged us $106.
