Do not work with Rachel Hagge. She’s unprofessional, avoids difficult conversations, and fails to communicate. She shifts her seller’s responsibilities to the buyers and agents to avoid their own (i.e. repairs). Promises unrealistic repairs—like a full roof replacement—then does patchwork. Highly recommend Todd Geiger at Grimes Realty. He helped us buy our first home in Bemidji and also helped us sell that home when we had to make a move for our careers. He was extremely helpful walking through the home we recently sold and telling us what we had to do for it to be in the perfect selling condition which made the inspection process easy during the sale of our home. He also explains things very well! If we return to Bemidji someday we would definitely use Todd again!

We are very disappointed in this company and the realtor Jimmy schoonover. We spent a couple of hours looking at a lake home in Black Duck MN moose lake and made an offer. Our realtor was great, we put in an offer and was pending , but what wasn’t disclosed to us was that the road this house was on was a private road and they had no deeded access. You would think that would be on the disclosure, but it was not. We asked several questions of the owners about the Road, but this never came up, until the offer was accepted. It w... read more
