I just had my AC serviced and my tech Dylan was amazing! Dylan even called me 1/2 hr before arrival. He was very polite, efficient and even discussed with me everything he did. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!
I had an emergency situation in Vero Beach recently. My daughter and her family were coming to unwind after a few days in Disneyworld. They arrive and no a/c!!!! I was referred to Grimes as being the best for service by my good neighbor!! Well, they were out within in hour or so and my a/c was determined to be gone. Had issues with old A/C with a leak in a condenser coil. On first call, additional freon was put in to last until a new unit could be installed. The new unit was installed today and the installers were very professional and knowledgable. Care was taken to not soil carpets or rugs and everything was cleaned good as new when they left. I am very happy with my new Trane..and Grimes.
We call them one day they're out the next day had it fixed in 15 minutes and was out the door Now That's What I Call service with a smile
Had my annual service done on 9 year old a/c. Unit losing small amount of refrigerant. Condenser very corroded & full of salt as on Hutchinson Island. Service done on Friday, analysis done same day by tech, then Robert visited as recommendation was for new unit. Robert had been there before & was great! Robert recommended new Trane unit even though my quick online search showed Other. Robert gave me analysis of both units.
