Great customer service. As a new customer worked with Samantha J. and oh man, she walked me through everything and showed all kinds of products on the website and some available items on display. What to and how to look for items in detail before ordering. JUST AMAZING.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Lady who answered the phone is super sarcastic and has an attitude 20 minutes into her shift… just don’t come to work. Don’t buy from them. Easier and cheaper to order online thru ordway supply.
Worst behavior I’ve seen when it comes to there customer service and accounting department. They sent me the wrong product and then charged me for both. Absolute zero customer relations efforts. Do not order anything from here. Go with a more reputable and experienced company instead of this Jack of all trades company whose product knowledge is all surface level. Grimco does not have any respect in the wrap industry.
